Your elusive creative genius - Elizabeth Gilbert

All of my best ideas come to me while I’m in the shower or driving a car. My thoughts are all inconsiderate assholes.

I always try to make note of it, but even those get lost. I have voice notes, email drafts, things written on paper, things typed out in google docs, and even tumblr drafts with all sorts of ideas that I have yet to come around to developing or exploring. And that’s my biggest problem. Too many ideas, not enough time or dedication to the good ones. I got to figure out how to focus, even if in limited spurts, on one or two ideas.

This was a pretty good TED Talk if you’re into being creative in anyway possible.

Every time I meet to someone I always ask myself ‘what can I learn from them’, regardless of my opinion of them or their views. — To me, everyone is brilliant in their own way, even the idiots.
