According to the OECD, the current generation of Americans suffers from downward mobility, meaning that they are unable to move up from the social class to which they are born into.

This is due to the fact that the current generation of Americans are actually dumber than the previous generation of Americans, making us the only known case of such intelligence reduction in the entire industrialized world.
