And this is why I have issues with most of RT’s programming.
They know the issues, they just have an agenda of vilifying commerce whenever they can by whatever means that they can.
“Give me a break dude”? No. You’re a self-proclaimed journalist, fucking act like one.
You can’t just expect people to decipher your message, especially when you’ve given them the wrong message. If you expect the messes to be on par with you on all the issues, then why are you even doing your job? Let people just figure it all out for themselves! No investigative journalism is needed. Wrap it up, we can all go home now. Thanks for nothing!
This is why the majority of the media is terrible at their job. Most of them are lazy and passive and willing to twist the story to garner more views/reads/clicks/shares/etc. It’s terrible behavior and it needs to stop sooner rather than later.
Time Magazine’s stupid cover has sparked some of the greatest parody covers I’ve seen.

NYPD Cops handcuff and interrogate Bronx boy, 7, for 10hours over missing $5
“Reyes was handcuffed and verbally, physically and emotionally abused, intimidated, humiliated, embarrassed and defamed,” the documents say. He was then charged with robbery.
“My son was crying, ‘Mommy, it wasn’t me! Mommy, it wasn’t me!’ I never imagined the cops could do that to a child. We’re traumatized,” Wilson Reyes’ distraught mom, Frances Mendez told The Post last night.
“Imagine how I felt seeing my son in handcuffs!’’ she said. “It was horrible. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.”
it’s a racist police state in The Bronx, raising kids to be criminals.

What an incredibly terrible place New York is. Also, tumblr’s new editing format doesn’t let me multi-quote-indent… why?

I unfollowed shortformblog today.
I follow all sorts of tumblrs. From leftists, to socialists to statists to anarchists. I don’t really discriminate because I like the information and the differing views, but shortformblog has lost me as a follower.
They seem to be less interested in unbiased news as of late and more into pop culture and pro-statist opinions. It’s like a mini-CNN.
What ever happened to just delivering the news with as little of your own personal opinion drizzled on top?
A Connecticut community is urging people to turn in violent video games to be destroyed. The move was prompted by the December 14 mass shooting at nearby Sandy Hook Elementary School, during which 20 children and six educators were killed.
A collection drive will take place on January 12 in the town of Southington, Connecticut, a 30-minute drive from the scene of the massacre in Newtown.
Violent video games, CDs, and DVDs will be placed in a dumpster and later burned by town employees.
“As people arrive in their cars to turn in their games of violence, they will be offered a gift certificate donated by a member of the Greater Southington Chamber of Commerce as a token of appreciation for their action of responsible citizenship,” the group said in a statement.
Won’t be long now…
